Step by step
Four stages, one tamper-evident record
Each stage is written to the record. Nothing is edited — history only grows.
Place the order
The buyer approves a supplier as qualified, then raises a purchase order tied to a project, with site address, receiving contact, and expected delivery date. The supplier acknowledges it.
Dispatch and deliver
The supplier dispatches the order and marks it delivered. That is a declaration only — nothing counts as accepted until the buyer's own site says so.
Receive on site
The buyer's site receiver records what arrived on each line — received, damaged, or rejected — and attaches the delivery slip and photos from a phone.
Instruct payment
Accepted in full? A payment instruction is issued: amount, provincial lien holdback, and due date. The buyer pays the supplier directly, outside the platform, and marks it settled.
Receive
Receiving your site team can do on a phone
The receiver records quantities line by line and attaches the slip and photos. It runs in a phone browser — no hardware, nothing to install.

The record grows, the instruction follows
