Each stage writes to the ledger. Nothing is edited — history only grows.
Configure the milestone
Define acceptance rules once — geofence, temperature band, required evidence, telemetry reliability. This is the smart-contract config that will judge the delivery.
Capture the delivery
IoT devices stream telemetry as materials move. Crossing the site geofence in spec fires DELIVERY_CONFIRMED — proof of delivery as data.
Verify on the ledger
The engine checks the evidence against the rules and commits a MILESTONE_TRANSITION to the append-only ledger. Verified, hashed, timestamped.
Release payment
Verification triggers a PAYMENT_INSTRUCTION; the gateway settles and writes PAYMENT_SETTLED. The supplier is paid in seconds, not months.
Capture
Telemetry the field never has to think about
Devices confirm the delivery automatically. Your crew keeps working; the ledger does the bookkeeping.
